Welcome to Pando! Your Profile page (also known as your My Progress page) serves as your home base. Here, you can manage your profile information, review your progress, track achievements, and access essential performance tools. This guide will help you get familiar with Pando’s key features and navigation.

Exploring Your Profile

Video Walkthrough

Your Profile page is designed to give you a clear snapshot of your role, goals, achievements, and competencies. Here’s what you’ll find:

  1. Personal Information

    • You can click the gear icon to customize details like your Display Name, Preferred First Name, Pronouns, and Location.

  2. Role and Level

    • Your current Role and Level are displayed at the top, along with your Ring Completion Percentage. This percentage reflects how your competency ratings align with your level:

      • If the ring is empty, it means your competencies haven’t been rated yet.

  3. Quick Actions

    • On the right side of the page, you have quick access to several key actions:

      • Request Feedback: Ask for feedback from your peers or manager.

      • Give Feedback: Share your feedback with others.

      • Start Assessment: Begin a self-assessment or competency review.

      • Add Achievement: Log a significant accomplishment to track your progress.

  4. Competencies and Ratings

    • Below the quick actions, you’ll see all the competencies required for your role. Any existing ratings will be displayed here, allowing you to review your strengths and areas for growth.

  5. Goals and Achievements

    • Further down, you’ll find a summary of your current goals and recent achievements, along with quick links to update or view additional details.
