NOTES: When you're viewing a draft assessment, you're really viewing the manager's draft of their assessment. From that view, you'll also be able to see what the report wrote. However, you can only view the manager draft of an assessment once the report being assessed has submitted their self-assessment.
Viewing skip-level report assessments.
If you manage managers, there are a few different ways to view a draft of a manager's assessment of one of their reports.
A manager can give you a link directly to the assessment (you can also share your drafts with your own manager or an account Admin this way). They can either copy the URL of the assessment, or, once the manager has submitted their draft, they have a Share For Review button that will generate a URL they can share
You can also navigate directly to these assessments by going to your Assessments tab in Pando, then selecting the All Reports. This will show the assessments for all your skip-level reports as well as your own direct reports. Find the assessment you'd like to review and select View Assessment.
You can navigate to your My Team page, select Employees and All Reports from the dropdown. Then, Quick View, and Calibration Log.
This will take you to a list of the individual's assessments, where you'll find the View Assessment button (so long as the person being assessed has submitted their self-assessment already).
That's it! Please reach out to support@pando.com if you have any questions.
