Only Admins in Pando are able to reopen assessments. You can either reopen a closed or completed assessment, or move an assessment back to an earlier stage.
NOTE: You cannot reopen a closed or completed assessment if there is an open assessment in progress.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Employee's Assessments
Go to the Admin panel.
Click on Employees and find the employee whose assessment you need to reopen.
Click Go to Assessments to view their assessment history.
2. Locate the Assessment
Click on the Completed tab to find completed assessments.
Click on the Closed tab to find closed assessments.
Note: You can only reopen a completed or closed assessment if the employee does not have an assessment currently in progress.
3. Reopen the Assessment
Click View Assessment
Click Reopen Assessment to move it back to the self-assessment stage.
Special Case: Employee's Level Was Corrected
If an employee's level was changed or corrected after their assessment was created, the existing assessment cannot be transferred to the new level β assessments in Pando are tied to the level at which they were created.
What to do:
Close or remove the employee's current assessment (Admin > Employees > Go to Assessments > Close).
Re-add the employee to the assessment cycle so a new assessment is created at their corrected level.
The employee and their manager will need to complete the assessment again at the updated level.
Tip: To avoid this situation, confirm an employee's level is accurate before starting an assessment cycle.
