How to Give Feedback in Slack

  1. Open a Slack Message

    • You can start in any Slack conversation—whether it’s a channel or a direct message.

  2. Use the Feedback Command

    • Type /give in the message box.

    • Select Pando's Give Feedback command from the command list or hit "Return"

  3. Complete the Feedback Form

    • Choose the colleague you’re giving feedback to.

    • Select up to three competencies related to your feedback.

    • (Optional) Use the "Help Me Write" button for suggestions.

  4. Submit Your Feedback

    • Once submitted, your colleague will receive a notification in both Pando and Slack.


Who Can Receive Feedback via Slack?

  • Only employees with a Pando account and an active Slack integration will appear in the Slack feedback list.

  • If you don’t see someone’s name, they likely need to connect their Slack integration.


How to Connect Pando to Slack

If you or a colleague need to set up the Slack integration:

  1. Go to My Settings in Pando.

  2. Select Connect to Slack and follow the prompts.
