FAQs
Who can see my conversations with Aspen? Your conversations are private. Only you can see your messages with Aspen unless you explicitly share content — for example, by sending feedback to a colleague.
Who can see my pulse check-in responses? Your manager sees aggregated trends for their team. Individual responses are visible to your manager to support meaningful 1:1 conversations.
Can I delete my data? Yes. Contact us at support@pando.com to request data deletion.
How do I install Aspen for my workspace? A workspace administrator can install Aspen from the Slack App Directory. Once installed, team members can start using it immediately by messaging Aspen directly.
