Congratulations! All the work your team member has done and the coaching you've provided have paid off in a promotion. Let's walk through how to request a change in level within Pando.
First, head to the My Team page
In the reports section, click on the “Quick view” icon on the right side of the employee row
In Quick view mode, press the “Uplevel” button
On the uplevel request page, select the employee's new level in the dropdown and justify the uplevel request in the comment box.
When you click “Submit uplevel,” this will send your comments, as well as the achievements, goals & actions, feedback, and assessments since the last promotion to your HR admins. They will be notified to approve or decline the request. Your manager will be copied on your request for reference.
If HR approves, you, your manager and the employee will be notified of the uplevel. If HR declines, only you and your manager will be notified.
