We are very excited to welcome you to our career progression and continuous feedback platform – Pando! Your account is all set up and you can access the platform using the instructions below. If you have any questions at all about Pando, please check out the help center; you can also reach out to support@pando.com with technical difficulties.

Step 1: Create your account to login

  • Go to https://www.pando.com/ - Click "Login" on the top navigation bar. You have two options to log in:

    • Click “Sign up” at the bottom of the Login popup and select “Sign up with Google”, and use your company email address (Google Workspace users only)

    • Or, enter your lowercase email and create your password

      • You’ll be sent an email with a verification link

      • Click the verification link in the email and it will open a new window

  • You’re in!

Step 2: Assess yourself - we recommend starting this process only if you have been here beyond 3 months.

  • From the "Dashboard” on the “Me” page, click "Start self-assessment" in the top right corner

  • Review the definitions for each competency and evaluate yourself. Make sure to include examples in comments

  • Be sure to click "Next" for each competency! If you want to save the assessment for later, click “Exit” and Pando will store your in-progress assessment

  • When complete, click "Submit" at the top of the page. NOTE: when you click "Submit" you can not edit again

NOTE: your manager will not be able to see your ratings until they have completed the ratings for you.

Step 3: Calibration Conversation & Progression Plan

  • When your manager completes their assessment, access your "Calibration" by going to Feedback received and click “Review calibration”

  • Your manager will set a meeting for the two of you to discuss, and together, you will set short and long term goals and create “actions”, e.g.: near term projects, tasks or assignments related to specific competencies you are working on

  • For more information on the calibration conversation, check out Pando's help article

Happy Growing!
