Task Notifications: At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find tasks requiring your attention. These tasks can relate to:
Manager Duties: For instance, you may see a reminder to complete a competency assessment for a team member.
Employee Requests: Some tasks may come from employees across the organization, like a request for feedback from a peer.
Employee List and Reporting
Employee List: Quickly access an overview of all direct reports.
Skip-Level Reports: If you manage a larger team or oversee multiple layers, use the All Reports option to view progress and details for team members reporting indirectly to you.
Performance Analytics
Competency Progress Chart: This chart provides each team member’s most recent competency ratings, helping you track individual and team performance at a glance.
Team Progression Overview: See the current level of each team member along with their progress toward the next level. This feature offers an easy way to gauge readiness for advancement and identify areas where support might be needed.
Goal Tracking
Quick Goals Summary: The dashboard includes a snapshot of team goals, including any overdue goals. Clicking on this section takes you to the Goals page, where you can review, update, and track goal progress.
