Managers can see data on the My Team page regarding levels, feedback, actions, and overall activity for their team. This data is initially displayed for the Direct reports but can be filtered by All reports or All ICs (Independent contributors) and will adjust accordingly.
Levels - current count of employees in each level
Feedback - percentages of given and requested feedback in the last 6 months
Actions - count of created and/or completed actions each month
Activity - represents all team usage such as creating, updating, or logging in within the last 6 months
