Accessing Activity Analytics

To view Activity Analytics:

  1. Navigate to the Activity Analytics: Click on Analyze in the main menu, then select Activity.

  2. Explore Activity Metrics: Here, you’ll find metrics on assessments, feedback, achievements, and more. Each metric shows how actively Pando is being used, offering a snapshot of engagement levels.

  3. View Details for Deeper Insights:

    • Click View Details for any metric to see specifics about its usage.

    • For example:

      • selecting Full Assessments lets you toggle between Full Assessments and Single Competency Assessments. You’ll also see data on the start date, assessment status, self-assessment, manager assessment, and time taken to complete the assessment.

      • Under Feedback, you can see feedback activity then toggle to Flow to view insights into who is giving and receiving feedback and the types of feedback shared. Scroll down for additional details on these exchanges, with filters to adjust your view.

Performance Analytics Overview

To gain insights into performance metrics, select Performance in the left-hand navigation. You’ll find two key analytics tools:

  1. Competency Category Heat Map

    • This heat map provides a visual representation of average competency ratings by role, level, and rubric.

    • Ratings appear in varying shades: darker colors indicate higher average ratings, while lighter colors represent lower ratings. You can view a legend for reference.

    • Scroll down to find specific data, such as Average Competency Rating by Category. This information can also be downloaded for further analysis.

  2. Level Distribution

    • The Level Distribution view shows the performance distribution across roles and levels within your team.

    • Using Filters: You can filter by employee type (individual contributors or managers) and current or past employees.

    • Interpreting Performance Levels:

      • 60-70%: Employees performing in this range are meeting expectations.

      • 80-100%: Indicates high-performing employees who may be ready for the next level.

      • Below 60%: Employees below 60% are still developing. Extended periods below 60% may signal a need for performance improvement planning.

You can find more about the Performance analytics here.
