Activity Insights: what does it all mean?

If you have access to the Company page, you will be able to see the Activity Insights.


Activity

The Activity section in Insights displays a variety of feature engagement and usage. You can see an Overview or select individual sections such as Accessed, Achievements, Actions, Feedback, Full assessments, Goals, and Single assessments to view detail. You can select any timeframe within one day on the date filter. You can also download a csv file for any of the sections below:

Accessed

Accessed data represents the total number of people who have or have not signed in at least once. These segments below add up to the total number of employees inside Pando:

Accessed - total count of individuals who have signed in at least once in the timeframe shown

Didn’t access - total count of individuals who have never signed in during the timeframe shown

Achievements

Achievement data is represented in these segments:

Created - total count of achievements that have been created, including those that have been approved

Approved - total count of achievements that have been approved by a manager

Actions

Action data is represented in these segments:

Created - total count of actions that have been created, including those that have been completed

Completed - total count of completed actions

Feedback

Feedback data is represented in these segments:

Requested - total count of how many times feedback has been requested

Given - total count of how many times feedback has been given

Full assessments

Full assessment data represents the total number of assessments in progress, not started, or completed by both the employee and manager. These segments below add up to the total number of employees in Pando:

In progress - total count of assessments in progress between employee and manager

Completed - total count of completed assessments

Not started - total count of individuals who have not started an assessment

Goals

Goal data is represented in these segments:

Created - total count of goals created, whether they are in progress or completed

Completed - total count of completed goals

Single assessments

Single assessment data represents the total number of single competency assessments started or completed by the manager. The data is represented in these segments:

Started - total count of assessments either requested by the employee or initiated by the manager

Completed - total count of completed assessments
