Pando Salary Insights gives you the data necessary to ensure pay parity by connecting current salary to performance and level. Currently, bonuses, equity, etc., are not connected to this data.

Salary analysis in Compensation Insights

The Salary chart displays annual employee salary in two views: Level progress shows where employees are along their progression journey, and Level group shows everyone at their general level.

Like other Insights charts, you can filter all Insight charts for roles, departments, levels, gender, ethnicity, and location.
