How to send nudges
Admins can send nudges to employees in order to remind users about any outstanding tasks or to drive consistency. Nudges can be sent to specific individuals via the user's kebab menu on the admin dashboard or en masse to those with outstanding tasks, such as “everyone with open feedback requests” and “everyone with unfinished assessments.”
Nudges are sent as emails and slack notifications is the user has already installed our slack integration. Email copy is already pre-written, so all that's needed from admins is to press send!
Types of nudges
We currently support the following nudge types:
[Email] Welcome to Pando: this email announces the launch of Pando, including a link to create an account.
[Email] Reminder to sign up: this email reminds users that have yet to signup to create an account
[Email & Slack] Start assessment: this nudge announces the start of a new assessment cycle. Email copy is catered to ICs and managers.
[Email & Slack] Complete unfinished assessment: this nudge reminds users with open assessments to complete their assessments.
[Email & Slack] Complete feedback requests: this email reminds users to respond to any open feedback requests.
FAQs
Can I update the email copy?
Right now, emails can only be sent with our default copy. Please reach out to our CX team if there are any concerns.
Can I send emails to selected individuals at once?
Right now, emails can only be sent to individuals or full groups. When sent en masse,
The welcome email is sent to everyone
The reminder to signup email is only sent to users that haven't signed up
The start assessment email is sent to everyone
The reminder to finish assessments email is only sent to those who have unfinished assessments
The reminder to complete feedback requests email is only sent to those who have open feedback requests
