Using Pando Meetings, employees can set up 1:1s with their manager to checkin on weekly priorities, goals, outstanding feedback and recent wins! Create your first Meeting now. (Pando will be adding new templates to the Meetings feature periodically and ultimately give organizations and individuals the ability to create their own)

The benefit of using Pando Goals and Achievements is that these will automatically surface in your 1:1s so you don't need to go hunting for information. If you haven't used these, you can easily add both Goals or Achievements in during your meeting preparation.

Both parities will have the option to capture private notes which will carry over from meeting to meeting. Shared public notes are coming soon!

You can add your meeting to google calendar and that invite will have a link directly to your meeting.

Meetings also come with "Action Items" which will be tracked for each meeting and carried over if incomplete. These are designed to be tactical action items as Goals can be edited directly in the meeting (if you need to create actions related to specific goals or KPIs for example).
