Setting goals in Pando helps you stay focused, aligned, and trackable in your progress. Whether itโ€™s a personal milestone or a company-wide initiative, follow these steps to create a goal that drives impact.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Goals Section:
    In Pando, go to the Goals section from the main menu.

  2. Click on New Goal:
    Select New Goal to start creating your goal.

  3. Choose Goal Type:
    Decide whether you want a Company Goal or a Personal Goal.

    • Company Goals are visible across the company and align with OKRs or strategic priorities.

    • Personal Goals are private to you and your management structure.

  4. Enter a Goal Title:
    Write a title that clearly communicates the impact of the goal.

  5. Add Contributors:

    • Include additional contributors if needed.

    • You can also replace yourself with another contributor.

  6. Set a Due Date:
    Specify a due date for your goal.

  7. Tag the Goal:
    Choose the most appropriate tag:

    • Initiative

    • Objective

    • Key Result

    • Strategic Priority

  8. Select Competencies (Optional):
    Add up to three related competencies. These will connect the goal to your performance assessment under those competencies.

  9. Provide a Description:
    Clearly explain:

    • Why the goal is important.

    • The expectations tied to the goal.

    • Any other relevant context or desired impact.

  10. Link a Parent Goal (Optional):
    If the goal is related to a larger Parent Goal (e.g., a Key Result tied to an Objective), link it here.

  11. Submit Your Goal:
    Click Submit to save and create the goal.

Your goal is now set and ready to guide your progress!
