Congrats! Your team is progressing and one of your managers is ready to increase the level of their direct report. When this happens, they'll have the ability to request a level increase for that team member. Once they do, a notification will go to all company Admins. Here's how to respond to that notification to either approve or deny the request
Head to the Admin > Employee page
If there are any employee uplevel requests to review, you’ll see it here in the dashboard. Click on “review”
In the uplevel request summary page, read the reason for the uplevel request.
Select the approve or decline button.
If you click “Approve”, notifications will be sent to the employee, the requesting manager and their manager. If you click “Decline”, notifications will only be sent to the requesting manager and their manager.
